  • The section where you're running from Fluttershy and Pochie. Each choice has a ten second time limit and you have to choose a direction to go. It makes you feel very stressed and scared, even though ten seconds is a long time for something like this and the timer resets after each choice.
• Tear Jerker: Lyra was sent to the mental hospital by her best friend, Bon Bon, because she was talking about humans. This becomes heartwarming when Bon Bon comes by to take her back. And then right back to Tear Jerker when it turns out Bon Bon was never there. It was a trick by Fluttershy.
  • The patients just wanted to be deemed normal again so they could leave. Lyra was never really insane; she simply had an active imagination about a creature that, in Equestria, didn't exist. Pinkie heard voices that caused her to attack Rainbow Dash, and is obviously sorry for it. You can't help but almost cry when you see the Body Horror bestowed upon them...
  • Pinkie, at the end, sad because Pastel didn't come back like she Pinkie Promised.
  • Bad Ending 6: Pastel Sketch, while running through the hallways to escape Fluttershy, hits a dead end and gets caught. She wakes up, unable to talk and in a body advertised as "a creature from beyond the Everfree Forest" in the circus, where ponies all around laugh at her as she falls to the ground, silently begging for help.
