• Awesome Music: The music as the Spell of Shattered Sight descends upon Storybrooke—it's no surprise it ends up being re-used in the finale (and near series finale) of Season Six. Beautiful Cliffhanger. (It's also appeared again a couple of times near the end of Season Seven.)
• Hilarious in Hindsight: In Frozen II, it's revealed that the Enchanted Forest north of Arendelle had been sealed behind a wall of mist for 34 years. Here, Arendelle itself and everyone in it is frozen for 30 years (to allow for the time of the first Dark Curse in Storybrooke as well as the events of Frozen), with the difference that none of the trapped characters aged.
• Visual Effects of Awesome: The arrival of the Spell of Shattered Sight is pretty damn impressive—it rather looks like something out of a Van Gogh painting.
