• Arc Fatigue: Mainly due to very long waits between strips. Sometimes it's justified by things like animated pages, but sometimes the wait is unbearable.
  • Updates stopped in early 2015.
• Fan Nickname: Since he's been incarnated in the game as a woman, some fans have taken to calling Poseidon "Posie". Hades' nickname "Hadie" has been used by Eris herself, too.
• Funny Moments: Basically whenever Zeus opens his mouth. Or writes something. Or just plain exists.
  • "Is 'dick' another word for 'deity'?" "Based on what I saw... it might as well be..."
    • "This is Eris...Dickess of Discord!" *Cue Face Fault*

  • Bobby's first meeting with Poseidon features an oceanic instrumental remix of Girls Just Wanna Have Fun.
    • Talking of said meeting... After finding out what's expected of her, Bobby breaks down slightly, wanting to be alone. She yells at Poseidon to leave, but Poseidon makes her cry by yelling back for her impunity. Poseidon's attempt to stop Bobby's tears is priceless, so is Bobbys fainting, to say nothing of Poseidon trying to revive her.
• Genius Bonus: Hades remarks that Max doesn't have to worry about the money they'll spend on traveling the world to look for other gods and their mortals- indicating that he's the lord of everything underground, including gems and precious metals; an aspect of his that is rarely shown in works.
• Heartwarming Moments: Hades messaging Persephone to tell her he's ok, his human is nice, they might even become friends, and closing with a "Love you!". d'Awwwwww.
  • The introductions of Max and Bobby. To wit, Max is working from home to help his ill mom, and Bobby is a cute and nice girl who is a bit forgetful and has Méniére's disease which causes hearing problems, working in her dad's boatshop.
  • Max and Hades bonding when they can't fall asleep during the first night.
  • Poseidon and Bobby's friend talking about Bobby and her condition and how she always stays positive.
• I Knew It!: Fans speculating on Apollo and Artemis' genders predicted that Apollo's mortal identifies as both genders while Artemis' identifies as neither long before they appeared in the comic proper.
• Memetic Badass: Alex is quickly becoming this. From the comments section:
  I believe he merely smashed the keyboard aside for wasting his time, the questionaire just figured it had been hit with the manly strength of a grizzly bear and filled in the rest by itself.
• Memetic Mutation: Hades's "Sobbing for pizza" and Zeus' hilarious attempts at trying to be hip in the video explaining the game might just have reached memetic levels.
  • Also, the nickname that people have been calling Cerberus, "Cyberus",(due to it's triple flatscreen face), is also quickly becoming a meme on the comment sections.
• Moment of Awesome: Max is bound and gagged, but manages to sing the song that'll summon Hades. He appears, but is quickly knocked over the head. He proceeds to beat the guys thoroughly.
  • Hades is facing a Sadistic Choice, and is running out of time... cue thunder rolling and Zeus appearing.
• Nightmare Fuel: Pretty much everything Eris says and does.
• Fridge Horror: Eris fights with eyes. Which would mean that was the response her mortal put on her card for "Recent Prized Possession." Guess great minds think alike.
• Tear Jerker: When Bia loses to Hephaestus and has to return to Olympus while his mortal is sent back home with no memory. It's clear that they're very close, and Bia promises to remember for the both of them.
  • Even earlier, Bobby thinking about enjoying this day to the fullest before the inevitable comes and she and Poseidon will have to fight- particularly her wondering if she'll ever hear the sound of her friends' laughter again. Remember, she has Méniére's disease, which causes her to gradually hear less and less.
  • Seeing Hades so desperately wanting to save his beloved Persephone...
  • Heph and Aph's arguement about the nature of their marriage. Jesus, one wants to hug both of them.
• Viewer Gender Confusion: Artemis first appeared in the cast page and being extremely androgynous caused much confusion as to what gender she was incarnated in for the game. The eventual answer turned out to be "neither" since her mortal is agender.
