• Alternative Character Interpretation: Is Lady Sumeragi really trying to do what she thinks it's best for her grandson when she sealed his memories of Seishirou, or is she trying to revert him into the passive and complacient teen that would put the Clan over his happiness and would never dare to talk back? Is she trying to protect him or turn him into a puppet?
• Rescued from the Scrappy Heap: Canon!Seishirou is a polarizing character for the fandom because of he singlehandly destroying the life of one of the most innocent characters CLAMP has created but damn, he's alluring and suave. Nukume Dori turns him in a complex, even kind of tragic, character who's willing to fight nail and teeth for Subaru. Heck, the author even admited she wanted the fandom to stop hating Seishirou and see him as the layed character he is.
