Go To

  • Archive Panic: The Mikennemonic Archives. Also other users have their own stream archives on the same board. This could potentially make a few origins of some injokes or certain streams harder to find for some people.
  • Base-Breaking Character:
    • The Trolls, especially in recent years where they have been more malicious than entertaining. By extension this makes all the other trolls hated.
    • Even memorable trolls like Kez for example, get mixed reactions. Some people enjoy summoning him by saying "Watch_dogs," in the chat and causing him to appear, while others just don't care about him or think of him as just another generic troll.
    • The Radioactive Uber Clans mere existence is this. Some like using them as villains in fanwork while others pretend they don't exist or want to erase any mere mention of them.
  • Broken Base:
    • A few games Mike streamed. Prinny 2 and most RPG Maker Horror games.
    • As of late, the chat ITSELF has been getting to this point, possibly by certain videos sent and their (Lack of) maturity. Some people even want Mike to remove the chat off his videos, despite him keeping it on the stream and videos for archiving and to make keeping track of the chat easier.
    • Cringe, which has been a staple seems to be getting divisive as of late possibly due to the amount Mike has been finding. It doesn't help that the cringe videos sent to Mike either have repeat footage or in some cases, truly disgusting stuff that is questionable in terms of Youtubes guidelines.
    • To a lesser extent, Mike's streams themselves. A few people think Mike should go back to being a full time Let's Player, citing various reasons (unable to attend streams for whatever reason, not liking the people there, streams being too long, simply liking his LPs better) while other people prefer his streams more.
  • Ensemble Dark Horse: Just about everyone in the chat or streams can be seen as this. In most cases they happen to become Ascended Extras.
    • Bern, despite her past butt monkey status and constant trolls targeting her, is popular in the chat to the point of being created in Wrestling Revolution and getting a character in Toilet In Wonderland named after her. As well as a Club Penguin pet.
    • McWhimple despite only appearing in one stream has become a staple character in the streams. Same goes for Pasqually.
    • Glacken is also one despite his rare streams due to his quirky personality and his love for cornpops.
    • Bingo the Clown has become this in quite a few circles of the fanbase.
    • Redbear quickly became popular in 2015.
    • Same with Reisen. It's funny how due to the user appearing in the chat, the amount of Touhou references in the stream exploded.
    • The Fat Swordsmans Cameraman is also one because of the stuff he has to put up with BBillyK and in one case got badmouthed by Bbilly.
    • In one of Spots streams, we got the Running Woman who when Spot was playing an adventure game, she was on a treadmill. However she ended up breaking the stream due to her running and Spot eventually had to quit the game.
    • On Berns streams we got Judgement Boy for his Mind Screw morality choices and his own "song" of sorts whenever he arrives.
    • He-man and Kenshiro have became Stream characters on their own due to Mike using their shows respective themes.
    • A Youtube user by the name of 'Tony', who is a kid with amazing Singing whom appeared in a few cringe compilations.
  • Fan Nickname:
    • For Bern: QPKastel due to the recent 100% Orange Juice craze and Bern's obsession with pudding is similar to QP from OJ and QP Shooting.
    • For Albert: Fat Albutt.
    • For Popeye: "Poopeye".
    • For Jabberjaw: "Jabby".
    • For the Trolls. They're commonly called to or referred to as "Albert" because of Alberts infamy in the streams, some people believing that every single troll that has ever existed in the streams is Albert, and/or to mock the trolls by comparing them to Albert.
  • Growing the Beard: As time went on, the quality of Mikes streams went better due to him changing mics and streaming programs and allowing people to interact with him in the chat. It went full force to what it is today in 2012 when Mike began to bring in Stream Characters to lighten the mood.
  • Harsher in Hindsight: It was joked about how Crystals went on a hiatus because he died... and then it turns out that the reason he hasn't been on was because Roger, his best friend, died.
  • Hilarious in Hindsight: Years back Mike made this video here, and guess what? He's a trucker now.
    • The same month Reisen came into the streams was also the same month ZUN confirmed Legacy of Lunatic Kingdom and guess which Touhou was confirmed to be playable?
  • Ho Yay: Whenever people draw fanart of him, Mike always says people not to draw him fanart of him like this and stuff he can say can be twisted like this.
Mike: I want one of you guys draw me as the fucking Hulk...Actually no forget that, one of you guys will end up drawing me fucking the Hulk.
    • When Glack in one of his streams was heard of the infamous "Son and husband" comment in one of the RUC's games directed to him and Soviet Steve, he briefly gushed over Steve.
  • Just Here for Godzilla: Most people go to the streams just to see Mike and listen to him regardless of what he plays or shows.
  • Memetic Mutation: Here
  • Moral Event Horizon: Also some generic trolls' speeches usually turn into hate speech which unlike the RUC or other trolls, ain't funny in the slightest and some go as far as threatening to kill Mike or the others.
  • Tear Jerker: Despite Mikes streams being silly and fun, there have been some sad moments, both serious and silly.
    • McWhimples entire existence is this. A yellow devil man who is possibly suicidal, who has an abusive wife who'd beat him at any moment, and a Football team that is considered a joke among the Mutant League. No wonder why the guy has his Woobie status.
    • On a more serious note, the death of fellow chat user, DigitalAdhesive counts as this. He was a good friend and youtube for Mike and suddenly he died of what Mike said, a heart condition he hid from the rest of everyone else out of fear they'd worry about him. Come the next stream, Mike was clearly mourning Digital and almost wanted to end the stream. He does get better though later on after finding a few games.
    • During the Undertale stream, Mike was on his fight against Undyne. Mike thought that weakening her would stop her. The chat was telling him to try and survive her onslaught of arrows until the heart turned red but he was too busy with the fight. Due to this though, he ended up accidentally killing her and as Undyne began to melt, the chat was panicing and Mike felt really bad and proceeded to redo the actual pacifist battle normally.
    • When Odyro decided to leave the streams, the chat ended up noticing he left and were missing him. Some users felt it was unusual not seeing him around anymore and Mike regretted the fact that he didn't talk to him more often. Even regular users who don't show much emotion would lament over him leaving.
    SpotxSpot: sigh I miss Odyro.
    • Like Odyro, when Crystals1986 decided to stop drawing images over the death of his friend Roger, this got Mike concerned over him, even if Crystals didn't know of Mike nor the fact that he was a silly joke among the streams. It got worse when people found out why Crystals stopped drawing.
  • They Changed It, Now It Sucks!: The Trolls. Recently, they're expressing their opinion of Mike and the chat in general being friendlier to Bern.
  • They Copied It, So It Sucks!: Mike got hit by this in 2011-2012 when a certain big name Let's Player got very famous and despite Mike doing games like Ao Oni and LSD first, they think HE copied the Let's Player in question.
    • One comment in one of Mikes videos even thought Mike was a time traveler to explain this.
  • The Woobie: McWhimple. Poor guy can't catch a break and win a football game or get away from his abusive wife.
