• Hilarious in Hindsight: Saber coming to a fighting game from a visual novel is rather amusing when did one remembers that an Expy of her did the same thing.
• Just Here for Godzilla: Saber. Being from an internationally-successful multimedia franchise, she's more well-known than most of the playable roster; the only character to come close in terms of popularity is Super Sonico, and she's fairly niche. Just to play off this trope, Saber being in the game was marketed as a selling point.
  • Also, many members of the Senran International Academy forums got this game simply because Homura is in it. Saying that it creates more advertising potential for the Senran Kagura series.
• Moe: Sonico. She has a posse of adorable kitties surrounding her (meaning you're literally kicking a cat in some instances), and if you have her equipped as a support character, she'll perform a concert for you that boosts your stat rather than attacking your opponents directly.
