• Creepy Awesome: Hakase is a creepy Mad Scientist who is unnervingly good at analyzing what’s wrong with Shine’s voicebox. However, they are also one of the first people who actually support Shine and seem genuinely capable of helping her.
• Genius Bonus: The synthesizer in Tech's room appears to be a DX7, which was one of the inspirations for Hatsune Miku's design in Real Life.
• The Woobie: Shine becomes this upon the reveal of her backstory, in which her dream of becoming an idol was completely crushed by the bug in her voice box preventing her from singing correctly. Seeing her friends start to turn on her and blame her for her difficulty singing makes Shine completely sink into despair and even start to believe that everything wrong with her was caused by her own behaviour.
