- Hilarious in Hindsight: Papi mentions he used to believe that mainland ponies could fly. Bright Eyes answers that they can't. No, but every other iteration of the franchise has ponies who can...
- Even more Hilarious when you remember Papi and the other Tropical Island Ponies are part of a Fantasy Counterpart Culture to Native Hawaiians and Polynesians, as the Generation three pegasi also lived on a tropical island and had Hawaiian sounding names.
- Less Disturbing in Context: That pony being chucked into a volcano at the beginning? If you aren't familiar with the episode, don't worry, it's only an Imagine Spot.
- She Really Can Act:
- The screaming of the pony at the beginning who's being thrown into a volcano, as well as Bright Eyes' during a repeat of that same Imagine Spot but with her in the unnamed pony's place, is a little too believable for comfort.
- Bright Eyes' screaming while hitting Mr. Sunbright with an oar (she believes he's a sea monster) does a really good job selling her terror.
- Signature Scene: The unnamed pony at the beginning being pushed into the volcano, screaming all the while, is bound to provoke a shocked reaction, especially if you don't know the context that it's an Imagine Spot being had by Sweetheart.
