• Fanfic Fuel: Spike having to take care of Twilight while she's turned into a foal due to the side-effects of Zecora's potion is rife with possibilities for imaginative writers. How long does she stay like that for? What kinds of shenanigans take place during that time? Does Spike end up getting any help and if so from who?
• Squick: Sickly Twilight is not a sight for sore eyes...
• The Woobie: Twilight; she spends most of the special sick with a horn ailment and her sneezing causes no shortage of problems for her friends. When she finally gets cured, she regresses to a sobbing infant and everyone besides Spike just leaves. Kind of a dick move, girls (though given what they just went through and their experience with Flurry Heart, it's understandable they might not be eager to repeat that ordeal).
