• Magnificent Bastard: Juan Carlos Rivera is a family friend of the Quinces who secretly despises them, blaming them for his father losing his legs. Juan works with Grace to dispose of them. He convinces Grace to have Tobey kill Malcolm Quince, helping Grace forge a suicide note under Tobey's name after she killed him. Juan kills Sergai and poisons Cavendish's drink. Lacking the pettiness of his partner, Juan retained the charm and sympathy of the audience, all the while having everyone believe he's an Adorkable Latin man who doesn't know English.
