This version sidesteps this problem by giving Wolverine no bargaining power with either team, and making him something of an Only Sane Man... who still makes profoundly bad decisions on a regular basis.
• Unintentional Period Piece: The creator acknowledged years later that the whole thing is basically a time capsule of 2012 4chan culture, with its focus on incredibly edgy and raunchy humor but lacking the more reactionary elements that the site would begin to assume in the coming years. And this isn't even getting into the pop culture references.
