- Broken Base: Their fanbase is split between Metalcore fans and Industrial Metal fans.
- Funny Moments:
- During an acoustic performance of "Reincarnate", Chris mimes the scream at the end, complete with Angry Fist-Shake.
- In the "570" video, Chris pulls two fans into a Group Hug. The second one clearly Hates Being Touched.
- Narm: In the "AMERICA" video, Chris' head can be seen in a box of some kind. It's probably meant to be creepy, but the glass keeps fogging up.
- Narm Charm: "Just When You Thought We Couldn't Get Any More Emo, We Go and Pull a Stunt Like This" is a song that's not meant to be taken seriously, as it's a self-deprecating song title. But it kind of works all the same, simply because a lot of the band's other songs also deprecate themselves, and it's just silly enough to be funny.
- Nightmare Fuel: At one point in the "AMERICA" video, a Pedophile Priest just stares at a little boy, who then flinches and hides behind his concerned mother.
- Refuge in Audacity: "Dead as Fuck" and "Not My Type: Dead as Fuck 2" are all about I Love the Dead, including blowing his lover's head off with a shotgun once he's done with her. The sheer audacity and over-the-top nature of the lyrics keep it from being gross, instead just making it silly.
- Squick:
- "The Divine Infection""Father fucking little kids/makes you holier than thou"
- "Not My Type: Dead as Fuck 2" has the following gem:"She loves me 'cause I give head like a zombie/eat, eat, eat/'til her insides are on me"
- "The Divine Infection"
- Tearjerker: "Another Life", being a song about regretting the end of a rocky relationship and moving on from it.
