  • The Tec-9 and double barrel shotgun are the same guns Dylan Klebold used at Columbine. Additionally, the airsoft gun used in the target shooting minigame is modeled after a Hi-Point Carbine, which was carried by Eric Harris in the shooting.
  • One of the guns is a Ruger Mini-14, which was infamously used in the 2011 Norway attacks and the École Polytechnique massacre.
  • The player can wield an AR-15 modified with a bump stock after killing 60 people; this the same weapon Stephen Paddock used during the Mandalay Bay massacre.
• Harsher in Hindsight: Back when this game came out, the concept of an unsociable 14 year old girl stealing her father's hunting rifle and committing a school shooting (in a country outside of the US, no less) seemed so fantastical it almost made the game more stomachable. But then, that exact thing happened in Bryansk, Russia in 2023.
