• Heartwarming Moments:
  • Anytime Raine confirms their dedication to Eda and The Collector.
  • When The Collector falls asleep in chapter 5.
  • When Eda first meets The Collector(unknowingly) in chapter 7 her first instinct is to protect them from a perceived threat and gladly includes them in her reunion hug with King.
  • Eda’s introspection’s in chapter 9
• Moment of Awesome:
  • In chapter 2 Eda and Darius traveled on foot from the Day of Unity stadium to a warehouse on the Knee while carrying an injured Raine and Eberwolf.
  • While offscreen, Luz, Amity, Willow, Gus, and Hunter spent their time in the human realm researching The Collector and looking for a way back to the demon realm. They managed to find a mirror disc in the human world and returned through a naturally occurring tide pool with a plan to save everyone.
  • Vee risking their safety in chapter 10 to absorb The Collector’s magic, they drain enough to render them temporally powerless.

• Tearjerker:
  • Even with knowledge of the dramatic irony, seeing Eda fall into despair at the belief of losing her kids.
  • King’s existential dread over being a Titan and the knowledge that he’ll outlive his loved ones.
  • The entire sequence of events surrounding King’s disney death.
  • The Collector begging not to be sent back to their prison at the end of chapter 10.
  • The entire sequence following The Collector’s recapture in chapter 11.
