• Awesome Music: The music that George uploads.
• Fan-Preferred Couple:
  • Marina/George, even after Marina turns her down.
  • Surprisingly, Ben/Sasha has slowly become this considering their Odd Friendship, and their exact relationship being unclear.
• Friendly Fandoms:
  • A lot with Ava's Demon. The creators are friends and there have been several cameos of the characters in each other's comics, so people who read Monster Pop will, at one point or another, read or at least look for Ava's Demon.
  • Some fans of classic shoujo manga take a liking to the comic, since it borrows a lot from them. The author has a clear source of inspiration from them and has even made some drawings of the characters in that style.
• Ho Yay:
  • The very cover of chapter 5 has an example of Ben/Sasha, which seems to bring to mind the classic Ho Yay scenes CLAMP used to draw.
  • It helps that the author is yet to make clear what exactly is their relationship.
