- Catharsis Factor: Anyone who's ever yelled "Keep hitting him, you dumbass!" at the screen whenever the Final Girl knocks down the killer and then simply keeps running away is bound to enjoy how the titular Monster Man is dealt with in the climax. Why hit the baddie with a vehicle once and drive off when you can keep running over him for hours until he's been reduced to a thick, meaty ragout?
- Squick: The roadkill in the motel room scene. Also arguably doubles as this movie's Funny Moment.
