• Wham Episode: Day 9 of the 1,000 Player Civilization experiment is filled with tension and dread as the Jungle nations inch closer to civil war and a Theria-backed plot to assassinate the Sultan goes into motion. It all culminates in a wildly excessive amount of bloodshed that leaves several key players dead, and the Desert and Jungle nations politically neutered.
  • Wazzock's plan to keep the Jungle from escalating into warfare is revealed to be trapping a diplomatic delegation comprising representatives from all the Jungle nations and killing them. This act, he believed, would force the Jungle nations to unite against a common enemy. While he would be proven right, it comes long after he turns himself in to face execution for his murderous actions, however noble they may have been.
  • The assassination plot against the Sultan goes belly up very quickly: davarit is killed, but a furious Zombta finishes the job while taking out a few more of the Sultan's elite guard as revenge. Meanwhile, saparata, fearing the plot has failed and that Theria's involvement in the plot would result in retaliation and inevitable victory by the Sultunate, throws himself off of the highest tower. This turn of events leaves the citizens of Theria particularly bewildered.
