- Alternate Character Interpretation: Yuki's relationship with her older, comatose husband, given what is revealed about both of them at the end of the series.
- On Yuki's side: Did she truly love him, despite her sociopathic nature? Or was his status as a major gangster what attracted her to him? Or did she purposely manipulate or seduce him into marrying her just so she would inherit from him when he died?
- On the husband's side: Did he really just decide to marry his much younger maid on a whim, only to have her turn out to be a sociopath? Or did he know exactly who he was getting married to at the time, and pick the person by whom he wanted his business run after his death?
