  • The Brothers Grace, Marco and Polo, are the leaders of one of the worst international crime syndicates in the world, with only one of their many heinous crimes being to worsen a famine to profit off of the starvation of thousands. With their army of Shockers, who they've brainwashed in specialized camps to be suicidally loyal, the Brothers arrive in New York and begin killing anyone even remotely in their way, massacring the current underworld leaders, blowing up apartments across the city, killing witnesses and their families, and Marco intending to take Sgt. Helen Kim as a Sex Slave for him to produce more Shockers. Soon enough, the Brothers turn their plans towards each other, with Polo scheming behind his brother's back to engineer thousands of deaths with Mr. Tune before Marco attempts to kill him for his "betrayal".
  • Mr. Tune, real name Augustus Tuneski, is a psychopathic Serial Killer who twists his victims' corpses into demented works of "art". Having spent World War II fighting for the Nazis on a bicycle made of his victims' bones, all at the age of 10, Mr. Tune reemerges with the Brothers, commanding their Shockers and leading their various massacres. Unafraid to make moves against the Brothers when it suits him, Mr. Tune kills various civilians, twisting their bodies into horrific sculptures; tortures the Punisher by slowly breaking his hand; and kills a victim's cat to force them to cooperate. Later on, when Polo gives him the means, Mr. Tune begins his "masterpiece" and confronts the Punisher in a fight to the death, armed with a Dead Man's Switch that will kill thousands of people should the Punisher kill him.
