• Awesome Music: The Writers have a pretty good knack at adding in songs when at their most appropriate.
  • Applies tenfold due to music being Tox' real Writer's main hobby.
• Angst? What Angst?: Waffles. Given his common disposition, you wouldn't even know Diamond, his mental creation, made him kill his parents.
• Black Comedy: Varies from time to time.

• Broken Base: How much of the Fighters antics are justified under the pretense of comedy? Additionally, should the games strictly be mindless fun, or is there a time and a place for a developed plotline and characterization? The problem's mostly solved with 'fun threads' and 'main threads' remaining separate.
• Continuity Lockout: Due to it being an ongoing series five years in the making, many newcomers tend to be lost. Even originator, WafflesandBacon, has admitted he's a bit lost due to not being apart of Earthventure.
• Designated Hero: It varies from Fighter to Fighter and from arc to arc.
• Fandom Rivalry: Zaffran likes to think that Mall Fight is at constant war with We Are Our Avatars. However, Knife and Trilby once hung out in that RP too.
• Tear Jerker: Nega Knife's death.

  • When Connor started fighting Tox after he ruined his date with Eric, resulting in a bro hug and a few cried rivers.
  • Salt and Waffles recreating The Doctor and Rose's goodbye. Just as sad as the original.
• Nightmare Fuel: Luna Game Online.
  • Wacon taking out Waffles out leaving him dead and unable to respawn for several pages.
