• Archive Panic: There are currently about 570 strips. This might not be much by Webcomics Long-Runners standards, but it's still enough for a few sleepless nights.
• Ensemble Dark Horse:
  • The cats are incredibly popular among fans, to the point where most of the merchandise centers around them. It was even referenced.
  • Mad was only ever seen a few times in the comic proper, yet she's a huge fan-favorite.
  • Savonax only appeared twice, yet he's got a fanbase. He even got his own trading card.
• Harsher in Hindsight:
  • Comics about Felya's surgeries going well are hard to smile at since she passed away...
  • As is the one about Pouipoui's birth, as he was later killed by a wild animal.
• Les Yay :
  • This strip caused a significant increase of Lady/Maliki shippers.
  • This strip has Maliki and Becky blushing as they feel the other tickling their hand, only to reveal said tickling was actually caused by sand hoppers. Many readers expressed their disappointment over the fake-out.
    • This ship later got confirmed, turning it from Ship Tease to Foreshadowing.
• Nightmare Fuel:
  • This strip depicts an old plush coming alive, then rotting away in grotesque fashion, before turning to Maliki with an evil glare.
  • "Funny or not funny?" consists purely of Maliki talking about a bizarre dream she had. It's played completely straight, which, in addition to the lack of a proper punchline, makes the whole comic strangely unsettling.
  • The image of an eyeless mouse from this strip is fairly horrifying.
