- Ensemble Dark Horse: Tyrannosaurus Reich is by far the most fondly remembered character in this series, even though it only appears in two issues (more precisely, one issue plus a single panel from another).
- Nightmare Retardant: Done on purpose in issue #8 — just before its defeat, the scary-looking demon has its limbs replaced by those of the kid it possessed. When even Lou laughs at you, you definitely failed at being scary.
