Some find the story charming, others are weirded out by Maisy's friend sharing her bath with her, or if not that, then Tallulah's pushy behavior in general.
- The casual undressing/nude scenes in the aformentioned "Maisy Takes A Bath" "Pool" and "Bedtime" Is it just a form of realism considering you do have to undress to go swimming or bathe, or uneccesary and somewhat inappropriate considering these characters are (supposedly) children?
- Viewer Gender Confusion: Maisy is a girl, but good luck telling from the gender-neutral childlike babble she speaks, clothes that are often something other than dresses, and complete lack of any girlish accessories.
