- Audience-Alienating Premise: A feature-length film set in a Crapsack World with almost zero dialogue, no traditional plot, and near-constant Nausea Fuel is bound to be a hard sell for some people.
- Nausea Fuel: It's difficult to find even a thirty second segment that doesn't have something that is just plain gross between creatures covered in tumors, golems literally constructed from shit, Meat Grinder Surgery, and the Alchemist's lab.
- Nightmare Fuel:
- Every single frame of this film is packed to the brim with the stuff, to the point where a page on the subject would have to be split up in between each individual part, and each one would be utterly massive. Just for a few small examples
- The monster designs. All of them. Like how the Butt-Sergeants look like cancerous tumors shaped like T-Rex covered in anuses and giant testicles.
- The deaths the Shit-Men are subjected to, including being crushed, burned, ground up, eaten, stabbed, and chopped into bits.
- The long, panning shots of the dystopian, fleshy, industrial nightmare world of Episode 2
- The entirety of Episode 3.
- Visual Effects of Awesome: Phil Tippett spent over 30 years to complete this film. And boy does it really show!
