  • Genius Bonus: Ronald's gun is the logo for the Red Army Faction, an infamous German communist terrorist group from the Cold War, while the guns used by the Michelin Men cops are of the Militant Direct Action Task Force, a Canadian anarchist group. Putting the logos of radical anti-capitalist groups in the hands of two of the world's most famous corporate mascots can be seen as a sly reference to the way that capitalism tends to co-opt surface elements of radical movements
  • Fridge Brilliance: At the zoo, Mr. Clean tells the students about a "rare, but simply gorgeous little reptilian friend", a French crocodile. This may seem normal, until you see that all the crocodiles are the Lacoste, a French fashion brand, crocodile.
  • Funny Moments: Ronald crashes into a Weight Watchers sign.
    • The Jolly Green Giant's crotch is censored with the Parental Advisory sticker.
  • Hilarious in Hindsight: One of the cops accidentally shoots Mr. Peanut dead. In 2020, Planters would do a Super Bowl promotional stunt where they actually killed Mr. Peanut and held a funeral for him, though he would soon reincarnate.
  • Moral Event Horizon: Ronald crosses it when he kills Mitch, the Michelin Man cop.
  • What Do You Mean, It's Not for Kids?: This short film uses all the brand logos and characters children know and love, but as an adult-oriented satire of commercialism rather than a fun Wreck-It Ralph/Who Framed Roger Rabbit-esque adventure. For starters, this film is a crime-drama thriller starring kids' favorite restaurant mascot, Ronald McDonald, as a psychopathic criminal, and your favorite brand characters are involved in rather intense violence and frequently use strong profanity.
