Designated Hero: Lincoln. While the author does describe his behaviour as "spiteful", he's still clearly meant to be the one to sympathise with—- yet he disowns his sisters due to a nightmare he had and punches Lola, who's just a little girl, in the face twice, the second time drawing blood and knocking two of her teeth out.
Designated Villain: While the sisters are meant to be seen sympathetically to some extent, it's still treated less like they're innocent and more like they're realising the error of their ways. However, the worst thing they did was tease Lincoln and (in Lola's case) frame him for clogging the toilet, while what Lincoln did was much worse.
Narm: The main reason the story is so infamous is because it's set up to be a serious drama, with things like Lincoln disowning his sisters and some of the sisters trying to kill themselves. However, due to the Out of Character behaviour, the profanity, and the occasional spelling errors, it comes across as funny.
Wangst: Lynn, Luna, and especially Lola trying to kill themselves would be a huge Tear Jerker, but in this story it seems like they're just being overly dramatic, since unlike in other Lincoln-runs-away stories, they know perfectly well where Lincoln is and that he's fine.
Unintentionally Unsympathetic: We're supposed to feel sorry for Lincoln being supposedly unloved by his family. But it's hard when he beat up his remorseful little sister twice and shoves his baby sister away by the head while threatening her.
Lincoln is Dumb
Crack Pairing: Enforced for the Lincoln/Paige/Sam/Haiku/Thicc QT ship.
Lucy cutting herself? Not funny. Screaming, "I CLOGGED THE TOILET!" and crying blood while doing so? Hilarious!
Lincoln killing Lola would ordinarily be awful, but it's made funny from the fact that she comes back because cartoon logic and is punished for "messing up the carpet".
Luna whipping herself as a punishment for wronging Lincoln.
Lincoln having a six-way with Paige, "Thicc QT", Sam, Girl Jordan, and Haiku.
