• Broken Aesop: The Green Aesop of "Earth" is harder to take seriously in the context of the video, which mines a lot of humor from how disgusting and violent certain animals are, including a line about HPV, a sexually transmitted disease. It makes the "we love the Earth" refrain almost read as sarcastic, despite it being a legitimate environmental charity single.
• Broken Base: "Earth" was heavily contested. While some people say that it's a modern day rendition of "We Are the World" that advocates for a good cause, some people saw it as a vapid and cheesy cash grab while noting that both the humor and music felt extremely unfocused like the piece was hastily written once the celebrities were assembled.
• Funny Moments: From "Earth", the fact that Snoop Dogg voices a marijuana plant.
• Memetic Mutation: The line "And I'm Kanye West!" from "Earth" often gets used to end roll calls in YouTube Poops and shitposts online.
• What Do You Mean, It's Not for Kids?: "Earth" is an environmental Charity Motivation Song with a brightly coloured Animated Music Video starring various music stars as animals. It's also full of profanity and Vulgar Humor not uncommon in Lil Dicky's style. He did release a "clean" version of it so viewer's kids can watch, which censored most of the swears with animal noises but still leaves Justin Bieber saying "my anus is huge".
