YMMV / Life on Mars (2008)

• Ass Pull: The revelation that the entire show was All a Dream Sam had despite the fact that people had done things and events had transpired entirely independently of him was a twist which was completely out of nowhere.
• Better on DVD: It's a very different experience to just watch the whole series in a few goes.
• Heartwarming Moments: "Dad's" advice in the finale: "Life is good, kiddo. It's like I've been telling you since you were a little boy: whatever strange place you find yourself in, make that your home."
• Hilarious in Hindsight: So Jason O'Mara plays a cop who travels back in time?
