• Complete Monster: Dagon-Ra, from issues #15-18, deals in mass murder and slavery, hoping to take his business to a galactic scale. Years ago, Dagon-Ra agreed to help the Telepath escape his homeworld alongside his lover, but Dagon-Ra instead just murdered Telepath's entire race to enslave him. In the present, Dagon-Ra continues his business of slaughtering aliens and taking survivors as slaves, threatening to kill thousands at a time if any law enforcement interferes, while also having turned the mighty Lady Quark into his personal "pet". Dagon-Ra subjects any who personally anger him to horrendous torture by either his dungeons or using his transmutation powers to torment them—like turning blood to lead or oxygen to poison—and ultimately lures L.E.G.I.O.N. into an ambush so he can massacre their forces and enslave the survivors.
