  • Award Snub: When Rage Valley lost to Ivan Gough's "In My Mind" at the 2012 ARIA Awards, fans weren't amused at all.
  • Awesome Music:
    • "Internet Friends", "Destroy Them With Lazers", "Fire Hive", "Centipede", "Bonfire", "Power Glove", "Boss Mode", "Give It Up", and "EDM Death Machine".
    • Their live sets and mixes also qualify.
    • "Superstar".
    • And don't forget their absolutely badass remix of Porter' Robinson's "Unison"
  • Broken Base:
    • "Begin Again". Some see it as generic EDM that doesn't suit Knife Party's style, it being Lighter and Softer compared to most of their songs. Others are thrilled because of the variety and the fact that Rob made his first vocal recording in 3-4 years.note
    • Their music as a whole, especially compared to Pendulum.
  • Memetic Mutation:
    • You blocked me on Facebook, and now you're going to die.Explanation
    • Centipede will forever be associated with Donald Trump, due to the fact it was used as the opening theme in the Can't Stump the Trump videos, one of which went viral when Trump's Twitter account retweeted it.
  • Nausea Fuel: "Centipede" ends with the sounds of what are assumably centipedes crawling around and eating other bugs.
  • Nightmare Fuel: There's a little section in "Internet Friends" that consists of the woman walking up with footsteps getting closer before ringing the doorbell, knocking at the door, then calling his smartphone several times, and then apparently smashing through a glass window. What follows is that line, followed immediately by "Psycho" Strings. Her sexy voice does not help.
    • The music video for "Centipede" qualifies as well.
    • The intro to "Sleaze". Being sampled from the Jaws theme doesn't help.
    • Their music in general has a chance of becoming this for those unfamiliar to the more brutal sides of Dubstep.
