- Demonic Spiders: Amongside some of the more dangerous enemy types there's a half-way literal one: with their hitscan lightning attack, the Arachnoclowns are essentially this game's equalivement of Shamblers.
- Porting Disaster: The Dreamcast version is not exactly the recommended way to play this game.
