• Awesome Moments: Kel overcomes his fear of flying to travel to Papilloma and challenges Javier to a duel, which he wins.
• Big-Lipped Alligator Moment: Kath suddenly gets magical powers and uses them to transform Kim into Dame Edna Everage.
• Funny Moments:
  • Kath mistakes the dungeons for a private gym and has a workout.
  • When Julio asks how old Kim is, she says she's "25 and 5 quarters".
  • Kim demonstrates her piano-playing skills...by playing "My Hump" from the Black Eyes Peas.
  • When Kath is addressing a crowd, she has an interpreter for the deaf who unflinchingly translates her peculiar dialect with some very bizarre gestures.
• Nightmare Fuel: Surprisingly a lot for such an irreverent series.
  • The portraits in Javier's castle all have moving eyes. Including an abstract piece with eight eyes on one face.
  • Kath and Kim both get targeted for assassination. Seeing such memorable characters being put in danger is pretty jarring.
  • The reveal of Javier's estranged wife, who sets her own room on fire and dances among the flames in a fit of madness.
  • There's hints that Sharon is attracted to women, which makes the reveal that Javier punishes homosexuality even more unnerving that it would normally be.
• Squick: Kim's hair is revealed to be breaking off in clumps after years of artificially straightening it. When Brett finds a chunk of it in the shower drains, he rubs it against his face.
• The Woobie: Brett loses Kim and is forced to watch her get engaged to a prince she barely knows.
