• Fridge Brilliance:
  • Gai's Enemy Mine with Ark against Zein seems to boil down to the Balance Between Good and Evil. If Zein is stated to embody law and order for all of mankind in a more, if not all, despotic level; while Ark exists as a being of malice, and it stays true its promise that it will still exist so long as humanity continues to have the capacity to do evil. Gai seems to have a point in this knowing that should Zein imposes its will upon mankind, the world will be in danger of becoming stagnant if it is devoid of conflict without any villains to oppose the Kamen Riders. Which probably explains the involvement of Foundation X in the subsequent miniseries...
  • Kuroto having to undergo the limitations Humagears face, like having to recharge his batteries is one of the common drawbacks of common machinery and robotics. As such, their batteries needed to be sustained through recharging or replaced if they become defective. It further enforces the handicap Kuroto has to go through as a Humagear.
• Special Effects Failure: Several fans have noted that Thousand-Ark's transformation jingle is just Thouser's with the same audio line of "Ark" spliced in at several points.
• Take That, Scrappy!: Genm Musou Gamer's "fight" with Thousand-Ark is really just Genm pinning Thouser on the ground and punching him in the face over and over.
• Unexpected Character: The addition of elements from Kamen Rider 555 threw a lot of people for a loop, especially since the new Smart Lady looks a lot like Mari.
