• Franchise Original Sin: This movie (and its sequel novel, Mighty Novel X) arguably started the trend of post-series material bringing back Big Bads and allowing them to get away so they can reappear later. While people didn't seem to mind with Kuroto given how hammy and hilarious he is, when it was done in Kamen Rider Build and Kamen Rider Zero-One it was much more sharply criticized for how evil and/or dangerous the villains in those shows were.
