• Hilarious in Hindsight: In Judy Moody Gets Famous, which was originally published in 2001, the kids try to break a world record by making the world's longest human centipede.
• Mandela Effect: Many remember the movie being named "Not-So Bummer Summer" instead of "Not Bummer Summer".
• Unintentional Period Piece: Judy Moody Saves the World, published in 2002, involves Judy doing a report on a species of beetle called the Northeast Beach tiger beetle, and has trouble finding any information on it. Nowadays, there's plenty of information online. The narration even says "She even looked on the computer", implying that would be an unusual thing to do. By the end of the decade, just about everybody with Internet access would use the computer as their first choice.
