  • Awesome Moments:
    • Jillian did get to have some truly great matches in her final year with the company - on Superstars against Gail Kim.
    • There was her rather brilliant Cat Fight at the make-up table with Melina, and the ensuing match at Judgement Day. It ended up as Jillian's only singles match on PPV too.
  • Designated Villain: When she was feuding with the Bella Twins on Superstars. The twins kept using the switch on her to win, effectively cheating. And Jillian did nothing to provoke this.
  • Ensemble Dark Horse: Unexpectedly popular in Canada, the Apocalypse Wrestling Federation took advantage of this by putting her up against the very unpopular Phoenix to help along her face turn.
  • Fanon: Two big rumours about her career. The first is that she was going to be let go after the Boogeyman bit the growth off her face - but that Vince ended up impressed by her acting in the segment and kept her on. Jillian has said she never heard anything to confirm those stories. Another is the big theory that her bad singer gimmick was created as a Take That! to Brooke Hogan. Jillian said in a Diva Dirt interview that the gimmick was a Throw It In! moment for her; at a house show she was in a bikini contest and grabbed the microphone to sing badly. She also affirms that she frequently did things like that backstage and the gimmick was more an extension of that.
  • Funny Moments:
    • Jillian and Maryse against the Bella Twins on an episode of Superstars. For no reason, Jillian does Maryse's Hair Flip at the start - and Maryse can be seen Corpsing on the apron. Later in the match, Jillian attempts to pull off the Twin Switch with Maryse. Jerry Lawler excitedly goes "look at this, look at this" on commentary...and the referee promptly reminds Jillian that she and Maryse aren't twins.
    • Jillian attempting to sing at the 2007 No Way Out event. The Miz summed it up best.
"You're like the chick version of William Hung."
    • Somehow her intentionally bad album outsold the serious musical attempts of both Brooke Hogan's album it was allegedly parodyingnote  and Lillian Garcia's album which was seriously promoted on television.note
  • Harsher in Hindsight: In a Halloween costume contest Jillian parodied Britney Spears almost dropping her baby. It's slightly uncomfortable to watch knowing that she'd suffer a miscarriage a few years later.
  • Heartwarming Moments: After she had what ended up as Stacy Keibler's last match, Stacy told Jillian it was the best match she'd ever had in the WWE.
  • Jerkass Woobie: On-screen sometimes it felt like Jillian just wanted positive attention from everyone she sang in front of. The fact that she was so rude about it made her less sympathetic but still.
  • Memetic Loser: She quickly got reduced to jobbing when she was moved to Raw and entered this status. People forgot that she was quite gifted in the ring, although she did get to have a few good matches on Superstars in 2010 (Diva Dirt even nominated one of them against Gail Kim as 2010's Match of the Year).
  • Mis-blamed: She was one of many women in the 'Diva Era' who had to tone down her wrestling at the orders of the higher ups. In developmental she could have fifteen minute matches and do moves like the 450 splash - none of which she was allowed to use on TV. For a 6-person tag against MNM, she and Melina wanted to do something big for the finish - but Executive Meddling led to them just doing a crossbody instead. This led to a lot of people lumping Jillian in with the 'bad' Divas (not helped by a botch in what was meant to be Melina squashing her for the Divas' Championship).
  • Narm: A memorable one in the Lumberjill match at the 2010 Night of Champions - where Rosa Mendes goes for a punch, and Jillian half-heartedly blocks it. The two girls can be seen giggling to each other afterwards, unaware that the live camera caught the botch.
  • Narm Charm: Well duh. Jillian really put a lot of effort into a gimmick that was essentially a one-note punch line.
  • They Wasted a Perfectly Good Character:
    • Flanderization into a Butt-Monkey made a lot of people forget that Jillian could actually go in the ring. She could have made a great asset to the division if WWE had not buried her so much. She showed in her Superstars matches that comedy didn't stop her from dominating matches.
    • The 'fixer' gimmick apparently had loads of pre-tapes done for it when Jillian was first brought in. But she claims that Vince felt they were "too much" and dropped most of them.
  • They Wasted a Perfectly Good Plot:
    • Alicia Fox responded to Jillian helping her beat the Bellas by attacking her too. The next week Melina returned and Jillian threw Alicia back into the ring to take her finisher. None of this was followed up on and could have been a great excuse to turn Jillian face or else give her a proper feud. But management apparently just felt she was only her gimmick, which led to her asking for a release.
    • The 2006 four way Divas' feud on Smackdown didn't really go anywhere. Jillian sided with Ashley Massaro to take on Kristal Marshall and Michelle McCool. There was a four way Bra & Panties match but the women were used less and less afterwards.
  • The Woobie: If only because, despite being an experienced wrestler with several independent titles to her name as "The Bombshell" Macaela Mercedes, she was booked to look like crap most of her WWE career. First, they put that stupid thing on her face, which was apparently supposed to be a reason for people to hate her, which was finally mercy-killed by the Boogeyman. Then she started that moronic "bad singer" gimmick, which came off as "Jillian can't sing" and "she's a clueless idiot who has no idea how poorly she comes off to people." Then she defeated Mickie James for the WWE Divas' Title...and immediately lost it to Melina about a minute later, making Jillian look stupid AGAIN. She's like the Distaff Counterpart to Al Snow or WCW's Brad Armstrong, saddled with bad gimmicks and endless jobbing and never really getting the chance to show what she could do.
