Alternate Character Interpretation: Very unintentional, but in Candy, the female voice never refers to Iggy's character directly, and even joins in on the chorus to praise Candy. The line "Down on the street, those men are all the same, I need a love" could likewise be seen as her failing to fall in love with men, and realizing she's in love with Candy.note The real intention is likely that Candy is the female voice, that she misses Iggy too, and that all men Candy found were interested only in sex unlike Iggy, but the Exact Words leave enough room for this interpretation.
Misattributed Song: "A Girl Like You" by Edwyn Collins was not sung by Iggy Pop, nor a cover by him.
Nightmare Fuel: During a concert at Max's Kansas City, Iggy fell on some broken glass and cut his chest open, but continued to perform. Unfortunately, the cut was so deep that he ended up spurting blood all over the audience. After the show finally ended, Alice Cooper rushed Iggy to the emergency room.
