If you look on the bus, you can see a couple of people shaking their heads disapprovingly at Alex.
Squick: The creepy guy who texts Alex, offering to show him his own willy.
Tear Jerker: The PSA ends with Alex crying as he sees that his own grandmother has seen his willy.
Values Dissonance: Having a child's willy pictures spread all over the internet would be taken much, much more seriously in the United States. Sure, the PSA treats it like an issue with Alex's willy pic attracting the attention of a pedophile and disappointing his poor old grandmother, but most of the PSA plays the distribution of Alex's willy pic for laughs. Had this PSA been made in the United States, little Sam would've been arrested for the manufacturing and distribution of child pornography, possibly with his classmates who received the picture, possibly for the rest of his childhood in juvie, and would have been forced to register as a sex offender, thus ruining his adult life. Meanwhile, Alex would be portrayed in the news as the unwitting victim of a horrible sex crime and not as a total laughing stock, and the FBI would yank the photo off the internet faster than you can say, "I saw your willy!"
