- Tear Jerker: Stacey Lee May failing her qualifying lap after her car took on too much water in the Walk on Water segment, landing her with a DNF just at the Leveler as its engine died out and failed to start. It doesn't help that just before her race began, the viewers were treated with her backstory, making her reaction, her father's, and the outside audience's that much more painful.
- Really, any point where a racer undergoes DNF because their car breaks down is bound to be this, eliminated not from their lack of skill, but from problems with their vehicle, such as with Alexandre Claudin in Episode 5. Fielding is knocked out after crashing his car's back into a wall due to his recklessness, removing him from the competition when he was going so well.
- Corinna Graff ends with her car broken down after Walk on Water after such a strong run all show. Her position ends in DNF, but at least she manages to get her car running enough to return to the finish line.
- The entry at Yank the Dog's Chain at the final episode. Enough said.
