- Badass Decay: Well, look at Beat Them at Their Own Game. Since being outed as Hunico, he's been pretty much Demoted to Extra, jobbing every so often. Hell, after resuming the Sin Cara role, he got decayed all the way back to NXT. Although, he's gained a championship on his record, along with Kalisto, winning the NXT Tag Team Championships, which can't be worse than not being on TV on any level as Hunico, so.....
- Memetic Badass: Ironically enough, Hunico has a reputation as being a legit tough guy given that there are multiple reports of him getting into real backstage fights and winning, often in dominant fashion.
