• Bizarro Episode: In the last few episodes of the previous season, Dr. House's personal drama overwhelmed the Patient of the Week cases. There's no patient of the week in this episode, nor any sort of medical mystery. Annie's silence was for mental, not medical reasons. House does consult on Dr. Nolan's father's case, but that's open and shut: Mr. Nolan can only survive on life support.
