• Angst? What Angst?: Ashley at the end of Leah's storyline on the Light path. Her pet snake is killed while Leah is saving Frank (who was playing around with it). She is upset and states she will never forgive Frank for this but then gets right back into the swing of the party, including her plans to prank Madison.
• Catharsis Factor: Getting rid of Frank can be this for players who genuinely don't like him, especially after seeing his hypocrisy and learning that he was the one who landed Derek's brother in prison. After proving to Frank that Derek has the biggest weapon, you can humiliate him and make him permanently leave the party. Leah won't care about locking the alcohol away, leaving you and the other houseguests free to get wasted without having to keep an eye out anymore.
• Designated Hero: The Player Character can romance all of the other characters...and does a lot of shady things in order to get there. He also never gets punished for it. An example that sticks out is the Simon Says opportunity^note only available via console commands or in earlier versions, where you could blackmail Madison using the nudes on her phone and force her to strip or walk around the party naked. The worst that happens to you? Ashley scolding you for it and that's it.
• Ensemble Dark Horse:
  • Frank has become by far the most popular character due to being a Fountain of Memes Cloudcuckoolander that players Love to Hate.
  • As far as Love Interests go, Ashley seems to have become the biggest hit, likely thanks to simultaneously being one of the party’s nicest and most attractive characters, having one of the stronger voice actors, and her status as The Woobie. Additionally, her story is one of the more emotionally engaging, given it involves helping her get even with her abusive sister, providing a better emotional bond between her and the player than most of the other shallow romances.
• Fetish Retardant:
  • This is a Porn with Plot game, were you can seduce several of the characters. The resulting sex scenes are... hit-or-miss. Most of them are fine, however, at the end of Leah's route you start making out with her naked in the garage, there's a total close up to her face, while her eyes are wide open, ''very'' sexy.
  • In certain positions during the sex scenes (such as the cowgirl position), the girl may start moving her arm towards you. At this angle, her hand becomes large and looks more like a threatening claw than something attractive.
• Fountain of Memes: Frank. He's easily the most quotable character in the entire game.
• Memetic Molester: Frank, due to his hilariously strange and disturbing monologue during his romance route. It doesn't help that he will relentlessly pursue the player character if he catches them with alcohol.
  Frank: Next thing you know, you're photoshopping pictures of the two of us together and planning your day so we "run into each other at the supermarket", and eventually, you'll wind up breaking into my house and masturbating into my socks. Trust me, I've been there.
• Memetic Mutation:
  • "Howzit goin', dood?"^note  The catchphrase of Frank, one of the game's NPC. Made especially popular by the Game Grumps playthrough of the game, with the two regularly quoting the line even in videos outside of their playthrough. This also extends to a moment in the game where Frank beats up Patrick in an awkward action scene, and leaves Patrick twisted and spasming on the floor. Frank's response to this? Nonchalantly asking the player "How's it going, dude?" Arin also mocks this quote if you get him to fight Frank.
  • "Stayin' away from the alcohol"^note  Frank's slightly less memetic catchphrase that he always follows his "Howzit goin', dood?" line with
  • "Holy shit!"^note  Frank's response when the player tells him they found someone with alcohol.
  • Frank's entire romance route is practically a meme in itself in how hilariously blunt and presumptuous he is throughout the entire thing.
  • "What the fuck!I have, like, no cell signal." ^note Katherine's reaction to her cell phone being blocked. This is likewise quoted and paraphrased in the Game Grumps' playthrough.
• Unpopular Popular Character:
  • Frank is a Smug Straight Edge and a violent, self-entitled asshole who proclaims to beat anyone up when he sees them just holding alcohol even though he's just another guest at the party. He's also one of the most popular characters in the game, for being a Fountain of Memes and practically the game's mascot.
  • Patrick is a drunk idiot who is disliked by everyone at the party, with even his cousins hosting it only inviting him out of necessity. He's also a hilarious Butt-Monkey and some people see him as a bit of an Iron Woobie, since he always manages to get back on his feet and retains his semi-cheerful attitude, no matter how much he's beaten up.
• The Woobie: It's hard not to feel bad for Ashley. Despite coming across as perfectly nice, her sister Madison loves to humiliate her for no good reason, in ways that come across as incredibly cruel. Even worse, the player can take Madison's side, even going so far as to act nice to Ashley before doing so. On top of that, the player can manipulate events causing her snake to get killed, which is especially bad if you've already helped Madison against her.
