• Epileptic Trees: In Chapter 51, some of Archer's hair was snagged in Demeter's ring. Some fans took notice of this and guessed Demeter did so on purpose as she is being blackmailed by Evilus, as Enyo seems to know what the Servants are and may be using Archer's hair for some purpose. That theory gained some recent traction with Chapter 52 introducing EMIYA (Alter) into the mix.
• Fanfic Fuel: Thanks to the fic's premise, many fans write their own versions of the "Heroic Myth".
  • Some would be about Bell or any other character, particularly Emma, summons a different Servant.
  • Bell becoming a Heroic Spirit is also a popular idea.
• Hilarious in Hindsight: The fact that Argonaut possesses a Noble Phantasm that allows him to call forth other Heroic Spirits that are tied to his legend, becomes this as the Dan Memo crossover event with Date A Live, Ais Engagement Tale, had Argonaut do that exact thing to summon in the other heroes from his tale.
• Ship-to-Ship Combat:
  • Many fans are debating on who Archer should be in a relationship; either with Tiona or Boudica.
  • Similar to canon, many fans also debate on who Bell will end up with, though the characters involved are different, with Lefiya and Emma being the more popular options.
• Take That, Scrappy!:
  • Gilgamesh takes on his child form to raid both Freya Familia and attack Ishtar Familia; the first out of revenge for Ottarl's actions against Bell, the second out of sheer spite for Ishtar.
  • Zanis Lustra gets killed by Gilgamesh offscreen to punish him for his actions against Lily. The memory is brought up in Chapter 25.
• Unexpected Character: Chapter 52 introduces a new character, one that threw all fans for a loop. After all, who would have expected EMIYA (Alter) to make an appearance?
