• Crack Pairing: A number of Official Couples may look like this compared to canon (Tavros♠Nepeta and Gamzee<3Feferi, anyone?), but the authors put much thought and work into why they happened, and making them believable.
• Crosses the Line Twice: Karkat having a heart attack and dying in Lost Teeth? Not funny. Feferi summing it up as 'My moirail kissed him and he died'? Hilarious.
• Crowning Moment of Funny: Just the fact that Eridan of all people calls someone out for trying to get to the person they love's red quadrant through their pale quadrant first.
• Tear Jerker: The scene where Eridan gives Kanaya his jacket in "The Fisher-Prince". To clarify: Eridan, a seadweller, the lowest of the low, is waiting for Sollux and recovering from his ordeal in the sewers when Kanaya, a greenblooded noblewoman comes in and sits down without seeing him. She then realises that he's there, and Eridan realises from looking at her that she was obviously just brutally raped and beaten. In response, he gives her his favourite jacket to hide the wounds, and she curtseys her gratitude and leaves. Utterly heartbreaking, without a single word being spoken.
• The Woobie: Eridan, Feferi, and Kanaya at different points in their lives.
