The fact that Millie doesn't get angry at her for this description implies that it's the former, at least in her own mind.
• Salvaged Story: Millie having a focus episode that doesn't revolve around her killing skills or her relationship with Moxxie is something that fans of the show have been demanding for a long tine and something which "Unhappy Campers" was heavily criticized for promising but failing to deliver.
