YMMV / Guardians Inferno

• Award Snub: Disney campaigned "Guardians Inferno" for a Best Song Oscar nomination, but its recycled melody and placement at the end of the end credits unfortunately disqualified it.^note The Academy only nominates end credits songs that play at the start of the reel, and don't have derivative melodies.
• Harsher in Hindsight: For fans who listened to either Awesome Mix, Vol. 2 or the audio-only YouTube upload of "Guardians Inferno" before watching GotG Vol. 2, some family drama and Insistent Terminology might have made one reference harder to laugh at.
  Yondu: He may have been your father, boy, but he wasn't your daddy.
• Narm Charm: The song and the video sound and look very cheesy, but also a lot of fun.
• Older Than They Think: GotG Vol. 2 viewers who either left during the end credits, or didn't pay much attention to what happens in between the stingers, probably didn't know that Marvel unveiled the song long before they did the video.
