• Adaptation Displacement: None of the three Green Green H-games have been translated. But the anime spinoff was fansubbed and then eventually dubbed and released in North America by Anime Works.
• Bile Fascination: The anime is often subject to this treatment, with virtually every critic who's reviewed it having given it a serious thrashing. It's generally agreed that it's bad, but many people have still watched this just to see how bad it can get.
• The Scrappy: The Baka Trio often get hit with this due to many people finding their perverted antics annoying and unfunny. It doesn't help that the anime seems to be more devoted to these antics instead of developing the main casts as a whole.
• Take That, Scrappy!: In episode 9, Tadatomo is raped by a bear.
