Aside from a possible one-time joke of Sandalphon controlling the light, many are confused why of all people, the two would appear on the same comic. It turns out, Narmaya's voice actress is a real-life fan of GBF Sandalphon, fangirling during Granblue Fes 2018 as the character wins the anniversary poll and is set to receive a new single by Kenichi Suzumura, Sandalphon's voice actor.
• Woolseyism: Memes, Shout Outs, Fan Nicknames or internet slang that did not originate from Granblue may pop up often in the English localization that are also not otherwise present nor applicable in the original Japanese script. As such, only the English-speaking fanbase of Granblue would understand most of the translated jokes. For example: Comic #995 uses the phrase "Galaxy Brain"^note albeit incorrectly, as that's not a situation Galaxy Brain would fit. to describe Tyre's hallucination of Vira.
