• Crosses the Line Twice: The sheer amount of blood, gore, and viscera you will cause to come spilling all over the arena is just so absolutely ridiculous it's hard to take it seriously, and easier still to laugh about.
• That One Boss: The final level of the game sees the player character finally enraging King Alimta to the point where he orders your execution, and it is a doozy. It starts with a Boss Rush where you have to fight all the previous champions simultaneously, and after that fight, the floating head Spectators come after you and explode. You're supposed to smack them into the final boss, but a number of issues get in the way of this. The game's physics system is wonky to begin with, so hitting them where they need to go is not guaranteed (especially if the Spectator hits another one on the way over). There is an endless stream of armored gladiators coming at you during this, and the Spectators can come at you from any direction. And just to top it all off, there's only one checkpoint and it's just after the boss rush.
