• Scrappy Mechanic: The "What?" option when customers give their orders. It lowers their happiness in exchange for giving you more specific information about what they want. However, sometimes it's outright required due to the customers being frustratingly vague and not telling you what they actually want; it's not uncommon for a character to withhold information about the toppings, slices, or details unless you click it and take the happiness loss. (Though as people who work at real pizza places will tell you, this is Truth in Television with some customers.)
